Hiring a planner is a big decision, and our goal is to make your planning process as enjoyable as possible. We want you to feel like you have someone on your side who puts your wants, needs, and vision first. That’s why we promise to treat you how we would want to be treated if we were you.

Our client-centered approach to planning is where it all begins and ends for us. Everything we do is to provide you with an exceptional experience from start to finish. Throughout this process many of our clients start to feel like family to us—and we’ve been told the same by many of them!

Employing a phased approach allows us to concentrate on key priorities at each stage, ensuring all necessary elements are in position for an exceptional event and process. The specific phases experienced in your planning journey may vary based on the selected package or service.

The Planning Process

Phase One - The Planning Phase

The planning phase sets the foundation of your planning process. During this process we focus on getting to know the couple, their journey, and vision for their wedding day. We focus on establishing the budget, logistics, and securing essential vendors who will contribute to your special day. In addition, we introduce you to our planning portal, where all of the virtual communication takes place, samples and mood boards are shared, meetings are scheduled and much more for a seamless planning experience.

The Planning Process

Phase Two - The Design Phase

In this phase, we focus on the visual and creative look of your event. This phase is all about the experience of what your wedding day will be. We’ll discuss and envision stunning designs, explore fabric swatches, and meticulously plan every detail to craft the perfect look for your event. Following that, we will have a series of design meetings to go over our design presentation, swatch selections, and realistic rendering view of your wedding.

It’s TIME! This phase encompasses the wedding day, our primary focus is seamless coordination with vendors and wrapping up any last-minute tasks, developing your wedding day timeline, and guaranteeing a stress-free and smooth celebration and wedding day.

Owner & Creative Director

I have always been a creative visionary with a knack for bringing a wide variety of visions to life. As the Owner & Creative Director, at Voltaire Luxe Co. I have been able to combine purpose with passion and provide my amazing clients with an exceptional and personalized experience for their special events.

I bring two very unique things to the table: First, my event design abilities come from a very broad base of experiences. Not only have I had some incredible and exotic adventures, I also pull images from magazines, sceneries and even my own imagination.Secondly, I spent over 10 years designing and executing a variety of corporate and social events as well as smaller events for my family and friends. My attention to detail and creative eye really allows me to create events that are larger than life and that truly capture the essence of my clients’ visions.

In 2019, I took the plunge and stepped outside of my comfort zone. I launched Voltaire Luxe Co. to be able to bring events to life for the client looking to add some flair and creativity to their special events. This experience has been rewarding not just for me but for the client’s I have been able to serve as.

When I’m not busy executing events, I enjoy traveling (30 countries and counting), going to the gym, spending time with my family and friends, cooking new recipes, or checking out the hottest new restaurants.

I have a passion for planning and coordinating events for as long as I can remember. I have planned countless weddings, including my own, and I am thrilled to be the Lead Coordinator and Bridal Concierge at Voltaire Luxe Co.!

I am welcoming and easy to talk to, so when it comes to telling me about your big plans for your big day I will actively listen and come up with a strategy that works for everyone. I’ll spare you the challenges that go along with the planning process and take care of the behind the scenes work so that you can spend your time enjoying your wedding or event instead of stressing about it. I pride myself in helping my Brides and Grooms execute truly organized, detailed, and seamless weddings. I can’t wait to assist you in planning yours!

When I’m not working, I enjoy trying new restaurants, listening to music, and doing puzzles. I also love creating new memories with my husband and daughters or planning a trip to my next destination!

Danny Hector

Coordinator & Groom Concierge

I serve as the Assistant Day Of Coordinator and Groom Concierge at Voltaire Luxe Co. In my role, I assist the Lead Coordinator with all day-of- logistics. I maintain detailed timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time. My ability to handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise on the wedding/event day, my attention to detail, and my calming nature are the few great attributes that I add to ensure any event or wedding day is seamless. Couples have enjoyed working with me for my excellent customer service, love for fashion, and ensuring the guests of honor or couple’s satisfaction.

I am a professional photographer at my company Humby Hector Photography. When I am not capturing the memorable moments of others, I enjoy basketball, music, and sewing, which is a skill I learned from my grandmother, or spending time with my amazing family.
